We are seeking an experienced Aesthetic Nurse to join our luxury clinic in Dublin South West city centre as our first nurse hire. In this pivotal role, you will deliver advanced aesthetic treatments to our discerning clientele, working with cutting-edge medical-grade equipment and premium treatment brands. You will be responsible for administering nurse-led injectables, operating sophisticated laser and aesthetic technology, and maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence. Your expertise will be central to establishing our clinic's reputation for quality and professionalism as we expand our service offerings and team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer nurse-led injectable treatments including dermal fillers and biostimulators with precision and safety
• Operate and maintain advanced aesthetic equipment including Sciton BBL and Moxi laser technology
• Deliver medical-grade peels and facials using leading skincare brands and protocols
• Conduct thorough client consultations to assess aesthetic goals, contraindications, and expectations
• Maintain detailed treatment records and follow all clinical governance and regulatory requirements
• Ensure a welcoming, professional environment that reflects the clinic's luxury positioning
• Collaborate with the owner-led team to refine treatment protocols and client experience
• Support the clinic's expansion plans by contributing to service development and team training

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who combine clinical expertise with a commitment to excellence in aesthetic nursing. The ideal candidate will be a qualified nurse with substantial hands-on experience in aesthetic injectables, laser treatments, and advanced skincare procedures. Experience & Expertise Required:

• Registered nurse qualification and current professional registration
• Proven experience administering dermal fillers, biostimulators, and other injectable treatments
• Hands-on experience with laser treatments and advanced aesthetic equipment is ideal (bonus points for Sciton experience)
• Demonstrated competency in medical-grade peels, facials, and skincare treatments
• Knowledge of anatomy, contraindications, and safe injection techniques
• Familiarity with aesthetic equipment such as Sciton BBL or similar laser platforms
• Understanding of clinical governance, consent protocols, and record-keeping standards
