Glow Up Talent is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Nurse to join our clients highly respected, fully medical clinic in Kerry. You will be trusted with real client relationships and hands-on device work from day one, delivering injectables and advanced skin treatments to an established, loyal client base. This role offers genuine autonomy and meaningful clinical input, with close collaboration with our doctor on combination protocols where your professional opinion carries real weight. You will work with advanced laser and light-based technology, combining technical expertise with a client-focused approach in a supportive senior team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer injectable treatments with precision and confidence to established clients
• Operate and maintain advanced laser and light-based aesthetic devices
• Deliver comprehensive skin treatments tailored to individual client needs
• Collaborate with the doctor on combination treatment protocols, contributing clinical expertise and recommendations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional, personalized care
• Ensure compliance with all medical and regulatory standards in aesthetic practice
• Maintain detailed treatment records and client progress documentation
• Stay current with aesthetic techniques, device protocols, and clinical best practices

Candidate Profile

We are looking for an experienced aesthetic nurse who combines clinical confidence with genuine autonomy and professional integrity. You hold current NMBI registration with proven aesthetic nursing experience, and you are eager to work with both injectable and device-based treatments. You thrive in collaborative environments where your clinical judgment is valued, and you bring both technical competence and interpersonal warmth to client care.

Experience & Expertise Required:

• Current NMBI registration
• Proven experience in aesthetic nursing practice
• Confidence and competence in administering injectable treatments
• Experience with advanced aesthetic devices (laser and light-based technology preferred)
• Strong understanding of combination treatment protocols and clinical outcomes
