We are seeking an experienced Skin & Laser Therapist to join our clients prestigious, medical-led aesthetic clinic in South Dublin. In this role, you will deliver advanced skin and laser treatments to the highest clinical standards, working within a multidisciplinary team renowned for clinical excellence and outstanding patient care. Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass performing a comprehensive range of advanced aesthetic treatments, managing complete patient journeys from initial consultation through to aftercare, and maintaining meticulous clinical records. You will utilise premium skincare brands and market-leading technology in a state-of-the-art environment, contributing to our clinic's reputation as one of Ireland's most respected aesthetic practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced skin and laser treatments to the highest clinical standards, ensuring optimal outcomes and patient safety
• Deliver exceptional patient journeys from consultation through to aftercare, providing professional guidance and support at every stage
• Work collaboratively within an experienced medical-led multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and clinical excellence
• Recommend and prescribe premium skincare products where appropriate, tailoring recommendations to individual patient needs
• Maintain accurate clinical records and uphold best practice protocols at all times, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Utilise advanced aesthetic technologies and premium skincare systems to deliver consistent, high-quality results
• Contribute to the clinic's reputation for excellence through professional conduct and commitment to continuous clinical improvement

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who bring a minimum of 5 years' professional experience as a Skin Therapist, Laser Therapist, or Clinical Aesthetician, with a demonstrated track record of delivering advanced skin treatments to the highest standards. You possess strong technical expertise in laser treatments and advanced aesthetic procedures, combined with a genuine passion for skin health and delivering exceptional patient outcomes. Above all, you are professional, polished, and deeply committed to upholding the highest standards of patient care in every interaction.

Experience & Expertise Required:

• Minimum of 3 years' professional experience as a Skin Therapist, Laser Therapist, or Clinical Aesthetician, ideally more
• Strong, proven experience delivering advanced skin treatments and aesthetic procedures
• Essential previous laser experience with demonstrated competency in laser treatment delivery
• Knowledge of premium skincare brands and advanced aesthetic technologies
• Solid understanding of clinical best practice, patient safety protocols, and regulatory compliance
