Glow Up Talent is delighted to be working with a premium, luxurious skin and laser clinic in Dublin to recruit a passionate and experienced Skin & Laser Therapist.

Our client is a well-regarded clinic with a real reputation for results, looking after a loyal (and some well-known) client base in a calm, elevated setting. They are known for their advanced skin work, and for the high standards they hold themselves to across every treatment and every client.

This is a lovely role for an experienced therapist who takes genuine pride in doing skin properly, and who wants to work somewhere that shares that standard.

The role

As a Skin & Laser Therapist, you will deliver a range of advanced skin and laser treatments and guide clients through their skin journeys, from consultation to results.

Your day to day will span advanced skincare and laser, including peels, microneedling and results-driven facials, alongside laser treatments. You will work within a full-service clinic that also offers doctor-led aesthetic treatments, as part of a close and experienced team.

About you

We are looking for a skilled, meticulous therapist who combines strong technical ability with real warmth. You will ideally have:

•    Minimum 2 years of experience or more as a skin therapist, ideally in a premium or advanced setting

•    A recognised qualification in beauty or skin therapy

•    Strong hands-on experience with advanced skin treatments such as peels, microneedling and facials

•    Laser experience is ideal, and experience with Sciton devices is a big plus

•    If laser is not your background yet, a genuine appetite to learn, as full training can be provided

•    Excellent consultation skills and a warm, professional manner with clients

•    A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to the highest standards of care
