We are seeking an experienced Skin and Laser Therapist to join our clients highly adored clinic in Cork. In this role, you will deliver advanced aesthetic treatments to our diverse clientele, working within a fully medical-led team environment. You will combine technical expertise with a consultative approach, guiding clients through personalized treatment journeys and developing comprehensive aesthetic plans tailored to their individual needs and goals. Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass performing a range of advanced treatments, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety, and building lasting client relationships through professional excellence and genuine care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced facial treatments, chemical peels, laser hair removal, and energy-based device procedures with precision and professionalism
• Conduct thorough client consultations to assess skin conditions, understand aesthetic goals, and recommend appropriate treatment pathways
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that guide clients through their aesthetic journey, ensuring realistic expectations and optimal outcomes
• Maintain meticulous records of client treatments, progress, and outcomes in compliance with medical and regulatory standards
• Operate and maintain advanced aesthetic equipment and laser technology safely and effectively
• Provide professional aftercare advice and support to enhance treatment results and client satisfaction
• Collaborate with the medical-led team to ensure all treatments align with clinical best practices and client safety protocols
• Stay current with industry developments, new treatment modalities, and continuing professional education

Experience & Expertise Required:

• Proven experience as a Skin Therapist or Laser Therapist in a clinical or medical aesthetic setting
• Advanced proficiency in facials, chemical peels, laser hair removal, and energy-based aesthetic devices
• Professional qualification in CIBTAC, CIDESCO, or equivalent recognized certification
• Demonstrated ability to assess skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatment protocols
• Strong knowledge of contraindications, safety protocols, and medical-grade treatment standards
• Experience working collaboratively within a medical or clinical team environment
