The opportunity

Glow Up Talent is delighted to be working with an established, premium skin and laser clinic in Dublin to recruit an experienced Aesthetic Doctor to lead their injectable treatments.

Our client is a well-regarded clinic, owned and run by a highly experienced skin specialist, with a loyal and discerning client base and a calm, luxurious feel from the moment patients walk in. The clinic already offers a full aesthetics menu, and there is strong, existing demand from clients for injectable treatments. This is an opportunity to step into that demand rather than build it from scratch.

It is a genuinely flexible role. It begins at two clinic days per month, which fits neatly around hospital work or an existing practice, and there is clear scope to increase your days as you build your own following within the clinic.

The clinic has also structured the pay so the early weeks are covered. You start on a guaranteed day rate of €500, which makes sure your time and expenses are looked after while the diary fills. Once the schedule is busy enough that a profit share clearly works better for you, and both you and the clinic owner agree the timing, you move onto the 50% profit share. Realistically that point tends to come not long after kicking off.

The role

As the clinic's Aesthetic Doctor, you will lead the injectable side of the practice, looking after patients from consultation through to aftercare.

Your treatments will span the full range of injectables, including anti-wrinkle treatments, dermal fillers and skin boosters. You will work independently, with the support of an experienced clinical team around you and a steady flow of clients who already trust the clinic.

This is a bring-your-own-product arrangement. You source and manage your own stock of injectables, which keeps you in full control of the brands you use and the quality you stand over, and pairs naturally with the profit share.

About you

We are looking for a highly experienced aesthetic doctor who takes real pride in natural, high-quality results. You will ideally have:

•    Registration as a medical doctor with the Irish Medical Council

•    Significant experience in aesthetic medicine, with an established reputation for quality

•    Genuine expertise across all injectables, including anti-wrinkle treatments, dermal fillers and skin boosters

•    Happy to source and manage your own product stock, the way many established aesthetic doctors prefer

•    The confidence to work autonomously and own your clinical decisions

•    Excellent consultation skills and a warm, reassuring manner with patients

•    A commitment to the highest standards of safety, ethics and patient care
